I have lost it with food..?!


Question: I have lost it with food..?
It has been awile since I exercised. And I have gained weight and binging has become a daily thing for me. I really don't know what to do. The binging is coming from feeling bad from binging so I binge more to feel good, but I always feel horrible. Everytim e I eat, I always say that I am still hungry. But I don't mean to. I have tryed eating stuff like fish and vegatables for a week atleast. And their is no way I can do it. I can't. I'm too accustomed to the food I eat, such as, meat, or eggs, macaroni. I don't kno what to do and I'm trying to get some tips before this gets worse.

Please get professional help before your bulimia escalates. You need to find an eating disorder specialist, who will recommend a support group for you.
