Question: Any Exercise Recommendations For 15 yr. old?
Something i could do at home. i tried jumping rope for a week, should i do that again? what could i eat. ohh and i'm about 220 pounds D: please help.

As a fellow fifteen year old I would highly reccomend yoga. It's relaxing and fun and you can do it virtually anywhere. Doing exercizes where you support your own weight helps you lose fat fast. If you are looking for yoga moves, check the internet and your local library for dvds and books how. :)
Try Zumba! It's super fun and you get in one hell of a workout. When I ordered my DVDs, they even came with a meal plan to follow.
