Question: Is this a good plan for losing weight? (need all the help i can get)?
CURRENTLY: 16, 130 pounds, 5 foot 2 inches
GOAL: 120 pounds

If i run 3 miles everyday
what i normally eat everyday:
breakfast: oatmeal
lunch: PB&J sandwich on wheat bread, apple sauce, some sort of bar thing or orange
dinner: depends on the night..today i hate half of a turkey/lettuce sandwich & vegetable beef soup, yesterday i had macaroni & cheese.

So what do you think? how long until 10 pounds come off? anything i should change?

people you age should have about 1800 calories a day which means about 600 a meal give or take a little for breakfast have the oatmeal with a fruit or a granola bar lunch have a salad or a sandwich with a fruit cup or even a pudding cup now and then dinner i like to eat terriaki chicken a baked potatoe and a veggie



I'd definitely say 10 pounds will come right off with that plan. Sounds difficult..especially running 3 miles every day..
You don't sound like you really need to lose weight but, i went on weight watchers and lost 10 pounds instantly..no exercise. I always recommend weight watchers.
