I know people who have done this and lost about a pound of a few more, depending on your original weight and how much non-water beverages you've been originally drinking



Dr.Oz- If you drink a cup of water before each meal, in one year you would lose 1O pounds.

But it depends on what you eat, also. Like if you only drink water but you eat lots of hamburgers, ya u wouldn't lose weight. But if you only drink water and idk you eat lots of veggies, portien, and fruit ect. you would lose lots of weight! :)



You would lose some (not ALOT) just by peeing it all out again lol...
I tried this and i only lost 5 pounds >.> Took a month!
If your trying to lose weight i suggest you go for a run, drink lots of water(like you said) , and eat only HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!!



Well it does depend on what you eat, but when I cut out regular soda and about half of my junk food intake, I lost 10 pounds. And water is much healthier than even diet soda, so you might even lose more than that! :)



With no changes in your diet or exercise, it would depend upon the calories of your current beverages. I believe one must burn/lose 3,500 calories to drop one pound.



If ur eating healthy and drinking only water, it can be a pound a week
