Ate too much but I'm hungry?!


Question: Ate too much but I'm hungry?
Breakfast:
Apple Slices
Lunch:
6oz salad - lettuce, tomato, peppers, onion chicken and pasta salad with honey mustard
Dinner:
Stir fry - a little meat, peppers, onion, water chestnuts, snow peas, soy sauce
Desert:
Ice cream - a cup? 2? I can't judge

Why am I hungry???

easy answer is your not getting enough calories. And dont listen to nate carbs do not fill you up faster they actually burn faster so you get hungry quicker. The water thing is a good idea if you do not want to increase some caloric intake Try adding complex carbs to your meal like whole wheat bread or fiber,



sounds like a good set of meals!
well if you get hungry, drink alot of water or rub the spot between your nose and mouth for 15 sec (it works sometimes)
it also depends how far you gap out your meals and how long you take to eat your meals (your stomach can only function for maybe 20-45 min at a time)



Because your stomach probably digest food faster. Drink cold water, it will fill up your stomach, it doesn't matter what temperature water though i prefer cold because it raises my metabolism and maintains my acne.



You aren't actually eating that much food, try more carbs because they are a lot more filling. :)
