Any dieting advice on this?!


Question: Any dieting advice on this?
I have an average looking body for a 16 year old (not too skinny and not fat)...but at this moment ive been gaining a few pounds and im starting to get a stomach :P (so thts where im mostly concerned about at the moment). Right now im trying to eat healthier, but other than tht do u have any other advice on what i can do to get rid of most of the stomach fat? (no rude comments plz)

Biggest thing is to start doing cardio to imrpove heart rate and metobolic yes fat burn is good but get you heart rate up higher then that ( contact me any questions about that ) so start moving and do ab work outs and alot of arebocs get the whole body to tighten up just by moving biggest reason why belly fat looks bad in appearence and show up quick, eat alot of fiber this is best for digestive stystem keeps it working so your system can be helped to only take what it needs and expell the waste and buggest storage material in belly fat is non organic acids and salt so if you can keep on that health kick of eating right ( again contact me any questions ) EDUCATE yourslef on proper foods acually contact and read nutrionist articles not fat loss diets or quick tips on organic food or stuff like you know what im talking about, so educate your self on whats good and its hard to avoid but sucrose syrups says right on ingredients list try to stay away from high amounts of that and also on list amount of sodium try to keep low levels of that but yes drink water and do arbocs and eat fibver those 3 things be very suprised how wuickly it help becasue all the other thing i mentioned can be helped by those three things hope it goes well and congrads on trying to improve yourslef no reason evyrone shouldnèt

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables and workout more. Eat smaller portions of food but more often so spread them out about 4 hours. Eat a bigger breakfast to get your metabolism going for the day. If you can, work out in the morning so the workout is over for the day and it also wakes you up and even speeds up your metabolism for the day. Drink a lot of water. Don't eat carbs or a lot of calories before you go tho bed but eat healthy foods (like have a salad) because eating before going to bed actually speeds up your metabolism and you burn more calories while you sleep.
