Eating fat (even saturated) isn't what makes you gain fat weight or be unhealthy. It's eating excessive sugars and net carbs which do that all by themselves.

Your body is virtually incapable of storing excess fat weight from a dietary standpoint (or having high fat/cholestrol blood levels) unless it's getting to much sugar and net carbs intake over any given span of time during the day.

That is why it's smart to restrict your carb foods to lower carbs ones with good fiber and/or healthy fats as well, such as LOT OF VEGGIES and things like low/no salt nuts, all-natural nut butters, various beans (black, navy, white, etc.).

Eat higher carbs foods always in serious moderation. As for sugar, the only sugar you should be intaking (for the most part) is what occurs naturally in various healthy foods like dairy, veggies, nuts, etc. Items with added sugars should be the occasional small treat and that's it.
