If i work out tomorrow morning...?!

Question: If i work out tomorrow morning...?
At 11 oclock tonight i felt like i was going to pass out so i ate a bunch of food. Maybe 600 calories worth. Today i ran three miles along with other cardio like i do every day.
I just feel so guilty about eating all of that just now. Im 5'4 and 133 pounds, if i go to the gym tomorrow morning before eating willl it be reversed kind of?

Answers:

you wont gain weight just because you decided to binge eat once. it takes a full week to gain 1 pound of fat. it takes 500 extra calories per day for 7 days to gain one pound of fat. so i would excercise regularly and not worry about it

One day at a time.

Don't eat so little that you feel like you are going to pass out. Don't try to burn off everything you eat.

Don't eat so little that you binge on 600 calories.

It doesn't matter that you ate at bedtime. It matters whether you ate 500 calories less today than you burned.

I recommend finding a place to track the food that you eat and the exercise that you do.

Don't die to be thin.

calories input vs. output isn't set to a clock. it's best to think of input vs output over the week. if you take in an extra 600 calories in a week, ramp up your workouts to burn more calories. you say that you can run 3 miles. well, did you know that if you add a few 20-30 second sprints within that 3 miles, you will burn quite a few more calories (maybe 150) because you've now expended more energy. this is the basis of high intensity interval training (HIIT). quick bursts of energy throughout a workout will burn more calories even AFTER your workout. try a few this week and you'll realize that you won't gain weight if you keep your input (what you eat) to the approprate amount (around 2000 calories/day). good luck!

Drink post protein shakes after your workouts they fill you up... Avoid carbs like bread pasta etc because you'll want to keep eating more and more trust me because I always did that and protein really helps satisfy your hunger.

Well you have a healthy weight for your height! But one day of eating a lot will not make you gain weight unless it becomes an addiction and it happens often

Overnight the calories store into ur cells and turn into fat. U probably wont burn THE calories u ate last night, but u will burn some. U should be fine :)

your not fat! calm down....

yeah... but you are not fat
