ive been doing pilates for 45min, 4 days a week, will that be enough? thanks:)

If you want to tone, do not lose weight because you are already the absolute perfect weight. You should stick with your palates because that is great, but you could also do some muscle exercises like crunches and pushups. Cardio like running will really tone your legs also.

The healty ways to lose weight would be better than you doing this too serious. Or you may need some other approach to count the weight.
