Which unhealthy diet kills people the fastest?!


Question: Which unhealthy diet kills people the fastest?
A diet primarily consisted of processed sugar/carbohydrates, or one processed salty and deep fried?

Broad question I know, as it depends on many factors for each person individually. But I would like your opinions, theories or factual information on this anyway.

Excessive sugar + net carb intake and/or sodium intake pretty much cause almost every diet-related chronic health condition out there, including high fat/cholesterol blood levels ironically enough (even on low fat/cholesterol diets), diabetes, all fat weight gain, etc..

The only thing else to watch is your intake of the man-mutated trans/hydrogenated fats, and to a lesser degree the heavily refined/heated oils used in many processed foods (such as cottonseed oil, soybean oil, etc.).

Dietary intake of fats (including saturated) from natural sources (such as milk/dairy, eggs, nuts, unprocessed meats, etc.) is universally healthy, despite the myths that have permeated society for over a generation now, that were based on bad science and flawed studies over 60+ years ago. Ironically, low-fat diets are what is unhealthy, because they deprive the body of what it needs most (yes, natural dietary fat intake) and people on low-fat diets always replace those fats with carb/sugar food intake instead (BIG MISTAKE), to get enough calories in their diet.
