If you have problems with your back while doing ad exercises, try the
following:

this one will do the best for you, see how you will be laying on your
back, legs in the air:

if you are ready to invest in a ball, try Russian twists, they make
waist smaller and abs harder, and your back lays on the ball:

Ball Knee crunches, where you support yourself with the hands:

abdominal dragon flags :

they have animated photos, so it's easy to understand how to do them.

Sit ups are a terrible exercise, they don't work the muscle right, and they risk back pain. Also they create so much pain in exercising, it makes sticking to it, nearly impossible.

Start with some light cardio, walking, cycling, etc. then switch up to some weight training, take this all slow and easy, and you'll see better results, then you expected ( like being healthy and not just thin).

some physical therapists add heat to the particular area from which you want to lose weight. My mother went to a doctor who raped wax around her tummy and then she did some cardio, it made her lose a lot of fat from that area .
but you must go to a physical doctor for that.

Even if you run you would still get the abs so no.

time to build that beautiful body the way you want it try this I love it
