Question: I need to lose 60lbs by June 21st...can someone give me a diet and exercise plan?
i just joined a gym and going food shopping tomorrow and I am desperate! I will do anything!

I know its capable and achievable bc I know people have done it

im not in school or working at the moment so i have all the time in the world!! :)

i am 24 5'5 female 250lbs

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).



well really you want a plan that will fit you your whole life but i guess this will give you a start um my mom does this and she loses weight super fast for three meals a day with snacks in between. in the morning around 8 you eat normally anything really just has to be 1/3 or 2/3 of what you normally eat depends on what you do for exercise mostly carbs count them. the snack its like those diet chips apple something idk what its called then second meal is around 12 which is again 2/3 of what you normally eat it can be anything as long as its not saturated fat and crap like that exercise then get snack which is a fruit has to be before three o clock after three you cant eat any carbs at all only things like meat and stuff like that and you cant eat after 5 30 and u should be losing wieght like crzy my mom loses like 10 lbs per week the key is not to overeat after you exercise so that your burning fat. walking burns more fat then running your gonna feel hungry for the first week or two but thats because your stomach is bigger it shrinks after a while and you will get full faster. Also if you over eat after you exercise its just gonna make u gain weight so DONT OVER EAT AFTER EXERCISE.



My friend is about the same weight and height as you and tried this diet that is really hard but worked great for her. I can't remember the name of the diet, but here's the plan...
Breakfast: Apple
Lunch: Small salad
Dinner: Chicken breast with steamed vegetable,

Rules: No butter, no gum, no sugar.

Also this wasn't on the diet but if you do get hungry if you choose this, then eat celery as snacks throughout the day because it's negative calories.

Also if you get flax seed capsules at the grocery store, they're a natural supplement that helps you stay "regular". It's a type of fiber, minus the calories :)

Counting calories is very successful. It's hard, it can get annoying and boring, but it's effective. Go to Livestrong.com and find the calorie counter. It'll ask for your age, height, weight and activity level and tell you how many calories to eat to lose weight.
Also, be as active as you can!

Well the best thing to do is to run. Not so much weight lifiting cyz u gain. Im a coach and make my kids run a mile 3times a day. Most of,my kids have lost up tho 35lbs in 3months.
Drink milk water. Protein shakes or the (gatorad prime) b4 running
Rember to eat healthy beef and chicken and ur vegies and fruits.



I have been trying this diet solution plan, and so far (about a week into it) i have lost ten pounds and i feel great... I hope this keeps up.
