Six Pack Question! What can I do?!

Question: Six Pack Question! What can I do?
So I always dreamed of getting a toned six pack body, and I have been working hard everyday to fix my eating habits and exercising. But the only thing that is making this difficult is that I am in college and my schedule limits me to do certain things like eating breakfast...

I have been running at least 2 miles every night around 10:30pm at a running/jogging pace.

And I am constricted to only eating Brunch around 11:30am (a sandwich with ONLY tuna, turkey, lettuce, wheat bread, onions, and olives). And for dinner I eat a salad with no dressing and 2 slices of wheat bread. And whenever I am hungry I eat an orange or banana. I cut out all soda, junk food, and anything that is preserved or processed.

I drink 8 cups of water a day. And I do ab workouts every other day.

Is there anything else I could possibly do that could fit around my schedule?

I have been seeing some progress. I am 5"9, 149 lbs with a 22.1 BMI.

Please let me know!

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

first of all, you can ALWAYS find time to eat breakfast! make a smoothie the night before and keep it in your fridge for the morning, or grab an apple with some peanut butter.....wake up 15 min earlier...it can be done if you really want it. it is very important. you will find that you will probably start losing more weight because your body's metabolism will be revved up. it will take some time keeping the same eating routine though.

also, you could swap out those pieces of bread for protein at dinnertime.

as far as exercise, vary it up. take one or two of your runs and do some whole body exercises instead (squats, lunges, pushups, etc). you could also add some sprints to your runs to burn extra calories and challenge the body. don't get stuck in a workout rut. good luck!
