Question: Is this a healthy breakfast?
For breakfast i have had:
1 scrambled egg
1 belvita fruit and fiber biscuit
A few raisins.
Is this an ok breakfast? Is it too much? Is it healthy? There were just under 200 calories in it.

Have a huge breakfast
medium lunch
and small dinner
You should have at least 200 calories in your breakfast to keep you going. You could afford a bit more :)
