Eating disorder? Please help?!

Question: Eating disorder? Please help?
I feel completly lost, I think i may have some sort of problem with eating, I started trying to lose weight as I had gone into the "over weight" range so I started eating just less rubbish and exercising more.....I started this in around november last year and i started losing quite quickly

I got more and more happy about losing weight so then dropped my calories even more, and even more

Im now down to around 500calories a day or less, If i go over that I panic about putting on weight, Im still in the "normal range" of weight

Im 9stone 8 (134lbs) thats me down from 11stone 12

Im always tired, cold, weak....counting calories etc
I cant seem to stop it all
I just dont know what to do, I feel if i go to the doctor because im in the normal range he wont think theres anything wrong.....

start eating more. not everyone is built to be slim or normal weight. some people have a natural tendency to be chubby or fat and they can't support the normal eating. you need to eat more and excercise more.

Your not eating enough so what you do it your body is storing as fat because it doesn't know when your gonna feed it again go up to 1200 calories so you can get your metabolism moving that's 5 to 6 meals a day around 200 to 250 calories a meal of healthy food of course and drink a cup of coffee a day then just keep working out and the weight should come off. Eating only 500 calories is gonna end up giving you health problems

diabetes makes you feel tired when your blood sugar is too high or too low. get a glucose meter and check your blood sugar on your arm, 2 hours after eating a meal. 80-120 is normal. avoid sweet food, especially soda, and high carb meals. losing weight helps control diabetes. eat small balanced meals at regular times.
