jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,

crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.



If its belly fat you want to lose then you need to lower your calorie intake and start eating meals with good portions of fruits and vegetables. Fruits and veggies are great at natural fat burning and will help you keep off the fat as well.

Then just start yourself on a regular workout routine that consists of high intensity cardio and such to really burn the weight off your stomach. Losing 10 pounds isn't much trouble with the right diet and workout regime.

first day eat normal then second day eat half normal then 3rd day eat no carbohydrates with exercise every day like running fast on uphills upward then jugging downwards 10 times or more a day with minimal rest interval well if you can do that 10 times a day lessen it a little just don't end up like killing your self literally and oh yeah just be patience it will take time unless you will like us liposucksion which I don't know the spelling ehehehe and also drink a lot of water with 5 small meal a day idea

If there is no GOD and you believe in HIM you'll lose nothing...

2 Do aerobic exercise for 30-45 minutes

3 Introduce some weight training to your plan muscle needs more calories to maintain at rest than fat does .

4 Avoid too many simple carbs bread, fizzy drinks, cakes, sweets
