Can I run everyday while buidling muscle ?!


Question: Can I run everyday while buidling muscle ?
I am trying to loose weight at the same time as building some muscle.
I exercise every other day (your supposed to let your muscles rest for muscle growth)
But If on a day where I am resting my muscles, can I still run, or is this not gonna rest them ?

Yes you can run, its the weight training that you should alternate. But be careful of burning yourself out and don't overextended yourself too quickly.

as long as you're not sore and eating enough protein, running is probably a good idea
