Question: How many kilos (lbs) would i lose in three days?
Hi, ive been researching on how to lose weight fast. I found a site that says only eat apples, carrots and celery. Also drinking water.
Questions: 1. How many kilos would i lose if i did this for 3 days?
2. Is this healthy to do while running for half an hour a day to maxamise weight loss?
3. For breakfast could i have oats cooked in milk and eat the apples, carrots and celery for the other parts of the day?

workout 3 times a week...watch your diet ++ years...see what works best then keep doing it.



Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened.
Increase your fiber intake. Like I mentioned, the body needs a lot of fiber. So try to include in your diet as many fruits and vegetables as you can.
