Question: If I do a 15-minute ab workout every morning will I lose my body fat?
so first of all im a 13 year old boy trying to lose body fat! other then that im normal size! starting today Im going to be doing a 15 minute ab workout every morning what will this do for me!? or should I stick to dancing every 15 mins in the morning (will that hlep me lose body fat, or will running or what? -- hope you can answer thank you best answer gets as many points as i can give!::)

I think 15 min a day is very effective specialy if u slightly modify your diet
