I got rid of my belly fat with this exercise. Lay on your back. lift your legs about 12 inches off hte floor. Open them slowly as far as they will comfortably go, close slowly, and repeat. Do this for about 15 mins in the morning and 15 mins in the evening, and you will soon feel the difference.

:How to do abs : lie down on floor , hook ur feet under the sofa , then raise ur head &chest above the floor without help of hands .Keep hands folded on tummy. repeat this say ten times on day one ,then every day increase by two . All exercises should be done in this incremental way . That means we push the body to do little more every day then the previous day.All the best.
