To put a huge answer in a nutshell, watch what you're eating and exercise regularly.

bodybuilder

The easy answer is, you're not doing your situps properly. You're burning calories by exercising which is leading to the reduced weight, but not in your target area. Incorrect situps often lead to rounder bellies because people think anyone can do a situp. There is a specific form and specific breathing controls to get the results you want. Check online for a video showing proper form.

I always advice people to get a medical practitioner or an expert to check your BMI and for you to have the proper guidance on what exercise program is right for you as well as the diet that accompanies it.

Based on what you mentioned I think it may be best to check on what you eat as well. It should be a combination of the proper diet and exercise to help you get better results.

sit up won't make you loose weight

the only reason i can think of for this effect is that you're losing muscle and gaining fat, making you look fatter but actually lighter as fat weighs less than muscle

answer mine?

Sit ups arnt for losing weight lmao
