How to not be SO tired during cheer routine?!


Question: How to not be SO tired during cheer routine?
Okay I need urgent help. I am sick with a sore throat but it's a really bad one that hurts my chest too. I get soo tired in my cheerleading routines for my competetive cheer team. We have a competition this Saturday, and tonight is our last practice. Meaning, its going to be very rough because were not so ready. I went to urgent care yesterday and they gave me an inhaler but does anyone know how I can not be so exhausted in the middle of the routine. Seriously, it is terrible. please helppp.

Have your coach run the routine twice in a row with out a pause (well maybe like a 5 second one).
Its gonna fell like hell, exspecially the 2nd time through, but trust me the next time that you run the routine just full out ( once, not twice) it wont feel as tiring.

Also, try running on the weekends, run around the block once or twice and make sure to keep running without stopping and dont slow down. We did that this summer for summer work outs and i really think it made a differance.
