Advice and thoughts on my change of eating. 10 points for best answer?!

Question: Advice and thoughts on my change of eating. 10 points for best answer?
I have done many diets before and some worked for me. But the last 6 months or so i haven't been doing any dieting or exercise There-fore i have but on alot of weight.

I don't really believe in eating just 3 meals a day. When im dieting i eats 6-8 small meals a day. But since im new and back to dieting again. And since i have alot of weight to get to where i want. I want to know, what do you think if i went on a diet for the first 1-2 weeks of my lifestyle change and only eat 3 meals a day. I want to try this so i can really boost myself for my goal. Get the few extra pounds off. But after the 1st or 2nd week. Ill going back to 6-8 small meals a day instead of 3 big meals a day. The 3 meals a day would nearly be like a fast.

So the hole point is, that i want to get a head of myself as much as i can in th first week or two. Because that's when your body will loose the most weight in a little amount of time.

Answers:

Dieting shouldn't be about starving yourself.
All you have to do is eat healthy. Check out the MyFoodPyramind.
You can snack, just watch what you're snacking out.
Watch your portions.
Exercising is the key to losing weight, too.
Eating healthy + exercising = A healthy and fit you.

Create a meal plan that works for you

I don't eat breakfast (bad I know)

But for lunch I eat a turkey sandwich on wheat bread little mayo with lettuce and no cheese

Snack I have a orange

And for dinner I have whatever my family cooks with a salad and little dressing

This works for me and should work for you plus stick to it

If you wan to change it up go to specialk.com or google eat better america

just eat 6 small meals a day health ones and exercise when say exercise i dont mean run for 20 mins on the tread mill you should be really active for at least 40 mins each day
