Drinking water will make you feel more full, which can help you eat less. It also helps to flush the crap out of your body and keep your digestive system running properly.

More importantly, when working out you HAVE to keep yourself hydrated. Not doing so can make you really sick and could cause you to pass out. So water helps keep your body working while working out.



Cleans the toxins out of the body and keeps you hydrated.
