So...by May, you mean 9 weeks (gosh, I get tired of looking at my calendar).

The best body fat loss is half a pound a week (not taking into consideration good, heavy, muscle mass gain and water/waste huge fluctuations), so...9 weeks...4.5 pounds, which is 1,750 calories of exercising, providing that you eat healthy just enough to cover your BMR.

And your goal is 30 pounds?
Why would you even bother? You will more likely be among the 95% of people losing weight too fast only to regain it.



Eat healthy. I know, I know, You may hear that a lot. But that's the best way to lose weight. Cut the junk food out of your life.
Watch your portion sizes.
Munch on some fruit or something as a snack.
Work out daily. If you want to lose 30 pounds, you need to work out daily.
Start walking everyday or running for a more intense workout.
Anything cardio.



well umm you can but it would take alot of hard work cause if u wanna do it your gonna have to be raedy for less choclete and more apples yup that's right u can eat only apples all day long and also do spoirts for an hour a day if u do that your gonna lose one pound aday
