.. trust me .. pull up bar in your doorway .. if you can't do pullups .. randomly through the day hold your chin above the bar/doorway and pull your knees to your chest starting at two times .. then in a few days four times.. and so on .. if you this I promise you will have a dramatic change in anything in the belly area ..



Technically, ab exercises are meant to strengthen the belly muscles, making them more visible and tighter.
To lose the fat, you need to do cardio exercises (jumping rope, jogging, swimming)



pooch i assume you mean fat, and no they will strengthen the muscles, it will not get rid of fat, cardio is for that



Yes, but doing a lot of cardio also helps a lot!
