well lets put it this way, drinking more water helps conteract the fat in your body... fasting from water will increase the fat levels, so what you plan on doing doesnt make the smallest bit of sense. if its weight ur wanting to lose then drink more water, smaller meals, and cardio work.. just sitting there refusing to eat or drink is going to make u bloat.. Young children in africa dont have that choice. I think this is a very silly idea and the best thing you can do is get up and so something. Im not big (size8-10) yet i cardio work and tone 4 times a week. Drink as much water i can (usually 2l a day). And it does shift. Cut out mcdonalds and burgers. Swap coke for water and ull be away. Its called being healthy for a reason x



It is not safe to do a water fast for more than three days without someone supervising you. But, depending on your body, you may not even want to do it that long. If you start to feel really bad at any time during your fast, you should stop immediately. This is your body's way of saying that you're doing too much too fast.

Fasting will never help weight loss because it puts your body in starvation mode and you start to store more fat. Plus when you stop you will eat more and probably gain.
Better to do a lower calorie diet and do exercise.

really if you wanna fast to clean your system that is one thing.. but don't expect to fast and lose weight..

Why don't you try a shake diet ..?



you won,t lose weight. any one who tells you that fasts are good is misinformed, or lying.
