Is this a good healthy diet? 10 points?!


Question: Is this a good healthy diet? 10 points?
Morning: Fruit smoothie (no sugar added, only fruit and milk) 3/4 a glass
Lunch: Salad with a lettuce, complete tomatoe, 3 slices of ham, and a boiled egg.
Dinner: Oatmeal, cereal, OR a yogurt. Then which ever one i choose i will eat with a apple.
*Eat no candy, junk food, etc
*Drink everything with water
*And go to the gym 4 times a week.
What do you think? Will i be able to loose weight? I need to loose 10 lbs. HONEST anwsers PLEASE:)

It isn't a bad diet!! Just as long as you eat plenty of fruit, veggies and Protein and when you crave a snack I usually go for 10 almonds and a glass of water keeps me full until my next meal!! whatever you do don't starve yourself!! ANd Cardio lots of cardio!!



Get more food on morning. The breakfast must be a full meal, providing lots of nutriments. Just a smoothie isn't enough. Eat here oatmeal or cereals, and for dinner choose something light like mushrooms, a light soup.



You might want to add more to your breakfast choice. Seems like too little to me, you should add some carbs to your breakfast, and if your trying to loose 10 lbs i suggest you run more also.



You sound very healthy, personally i reckon it's a really good diet if you want to loose weight, especially the gym part! you can't loose weight without exercise!
