Should I perform this workout today ?!


Question: Should I perform this workout today ?
Monday I worked my Chest and Triceps. Tuesday I worked my Abs-Obliques and Wednesday I took a break. Today I want to work my biceps and back. Is it ok to work upper body again ?

yeah as long as u dont work the same muscle group two days in a row so that the muscles have time to recover after u tear them in ur workout
