I'm 5'6 and 125 pounds, I out 5 times a week for an hour, eat fairly healthy.
Everything is toned besides my upper thighs and stomach.
Even when I was 115 pounds, My stomach never really looked how I wanted, How do I fltten my stomach without losing weight?

cardio exercise 30- 45 mins 4-5 days a week
lift weights for 40-60 mins a session
train abs everyother day for 5-10 mins
