Is this okay for an exercise routine?!


Question: Is this okay for an exercise routine?
I recently got some feedback from this website about my meal plan and exercise routine and Im back. I have changed it. I now eat 1200 calories a day I burn 991 while bicycling for an hour at 18 mph and i do dancing cardio for 30 minutes and burn another 167 calories. I also drink 100 oz of water daily. Is this healthy? If not, any suggestions?

Answers:

You don't want to burn all of your calories off, your body will need some to use on it's own. Your water intake is good but try sipping water throughout the day instead of chugging 8 oz glasses at a time. I would do the bicycling for 30 minutes instead. The 30 minutes of dancing cardio is fine. Individually those exercises are powerful workouts but together they are amazing.
