Question: Is it safe to take Alli while on weight watchers?
I took it once before and did okay with it, but I was younger and much more daring back then. I'm not sure I'm on the right diet for it. I know that with Alli you can only have so much fat in every meal or you will have some pretty bad side effects. I think this will only modivate me more and I am already doing pretty good. Not eager to start it or to loose weight too fast, I just want to be healthy.

My mom took Alli and had terrible side affects, she followed the instructions to a tee and lost a lot of weight, however she also lost a lot of hair, and she really started feeling terrible. She quit Alli and her hair is about 3 times thinner :/
you need what i found and believe me i've been fat all my life and in so blessed to find a good and healthy way to loose the weight and keep it off im now vary happy about myself
