Question: I need help loosing weight? can anyone tell me what to do?
I currently weigh 126 however, i want to weight 118 how can i get there fast because i have tried loosing it but i just can't seem to do it... I did the p90x for a month and didn't lose a pound and now i have the zumba so what else should i do...please help

Exercise! Run, bike, jump rope, get movin'! Cut out any unnecessary junk out of your diet, pronto. Limit your calorie intake, too. Diet pills are all just a big scam, don't waste your money, they don't work. Really, excercise, eat right, and stick to it. You'll be on your way in no time. Good luck! :)



All you need to do is watch what you eat, and do cardiovascular exercises. Try cutting down your calorie intake, and avoid processed foods, or anything unhealthy i.e. soda, cookies, fast foods, chips. Try eat a well balanced diet also, plenty of fruits and vegetables, and try to add lean proteins like skinless baked chicken or fish to your diet. Also, try to get at least 30 minutes to one hour of cardiovascular exercise a day, maybe go for a walk or swim, or whatever gets your heart pumping, and you sweating! lastly, whatever you do do NOT starve yourself, this will actually end up with you gaining more weight :l trust me... Eat only until your full, and eat what your body needs to be fueled properly! Think about how much better you'll feel once you've lost the weight :), and trust me it wont happen fast its a gradual thing. That's about all you need! 30 mins a day of exercise
eat only fruit and vegetables, lean meat, wholemeal
stay away from anything in a packet or take away. most junk food and take away has your whole daily of energy meals in 1 meal that is why so many ppl are overweight these days. stay away from anything u can buy in a packet even tho it says low fat! frozen vegetables are fine tho!
u can lose weight by sticking to a fruit & vegetables, meat diet!

if u stick to the above u can lose it within a month or 2 easy but it's mainly a focus on your diet!

You can lose weight if you tried right program. I tried many program, but could not lose weight. I found the best program that works just amazing for anyone.
