Hey there.. Ok so the body works on fat and water levels.. Generally if there is too much body fat, there is less water. If u drink more water, ur body fat should become less. Also dont think that it is all about toning, 100 sit ups a day and all that mumbo jumbo. Yes doing that will increase the muscle, but without cardio it will just make your belly look bigger. Try shifting the belly fat before doing any major toning. 30 minutes cardio a few days a week should help. And i dont mean running like a loony on a tread mill for 30 minutes, because u will over work ur body and it will shut itself down. just enough to get ur heart pumping a little bit more and get u a little hot. so simply power walking around town or a small jog will do. Then do 3 sets of 10 sit ups and leg lifts.. if it hurts. STOP.. if you do too much u will rip your muscles and not be able to do anything... There are a few fat burning foods that can help too.. If you dont have much time on your hands then i suggest the 10 minute solution work out dvds.. they are very good.. but be prepared for a hard work out. Hope this helps x



you can eat how much you like if you stay within these 3 guidelines and still lose fat naturally and gradually. You should lose 10lbs each month on average.

1.eat only steamed lean meats, eggs, healthy fruits ,vegetables, nuts, grains, & yogurt..2. drink only water, juice, & milk..3. walk or do some physical exercise 1-3 hour every day.


(btw, recommend you also to buy an electronic food steamer ((Very cheap)) and a rice cooker as makes it very easy to prepare healthy meals ,,add a bit of olive oil and pepper, spices on top of steamed vegeatables, fish or chicken to add more taste if wish as these are healthy too.)



Decrease carbohydrates and food which bloating your bowels.Eat small amounts. And get on skipping 30 minutes a day. Drink plenty of water.
