Any natural metabolism/weight loss supplements?!

Question: Any natural metabolism/weight loss supplements?
I am very obese, female, 5'6. I am on a lifestyle change, working out 5 times a week, cutting calories, cutting all bad things out of my diet. I take a vitamin. I was wondering if green tea supplements/metabolism boosters, etc, would be efficient and good to add to this new lifestyle. Any suggestions?

Balanced diet and exercise. Period. i just know if you are taking in more calories every day than you are burning running on the treadmill, you have to make some changes. Drop your caloric intake or increase the amount of exercise, or better yet - do both. Little things that can help - replace your computer chair with an excerise ball, take the stairs instead of the elevator, don't skip meals (and make them healthy meals), fidget (belive it or not tapping your foot or clenching your butt while you sit burns more calories than just sitting still). Good luck

Proteins will work for you, will decrease appetite, cholesterol and sugar level. Increase you insulin sensitivity. It will give you strength and boost your activity.
Boosters are good for someone who do not have much problem with metabolism.
Avoid all grain and flour made foods, sweets and sugar. Eat meat eggs bacon, cooked beef, chicken, yellow cheese in small amounts. You can hold on this diet up to 10 weeks. Drink plenty of water.
While you will be on your body will swich into KETOSIS where you need to control your ketons level.
It is easy. You need only buy KETOSTICKS urine test.

medic

yes, green tea is great for weight loss it has so many benefits! try to get into hot food or add it to your cooking, it speeds your metabolsim rate up for 30 mins by 30% for each meal.

eat more often but small meals will speed up your metabolism rate which exercise is the no. 1 way to speed it up. eat only healthy food, fruit and vegetables, lean meal, fish & wholemeal. stay away from anything in a packet! ther are diet pills out there but htey dont work if u eat unhealthly!

Get out and move. After what you put in your mouth, what you do with your body will determine if you can flatten your belly. Get at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day, along with a properly executed abdominal workout. Train your body with strength training activities. Adding muscle tone will help you perform all daily activities as well.

Well Emily, green tea is ok but is only a small solution and unless you have all the rest in order it won't really work, there is a great free report on how to boost your metabolism here, hope this helps
