Question: 5'4", 11st 8lb, little exercise, 1200 cal diet how much will i loose a week?
I am currently unable to exercise much as I have a slipped disc - I want to loose some weight so have decided to count my calories. In doing a 1200kcal diet how much could I expect to loose each week? My aim is at least 1 stone.

i lost about 2-4lb a week on this diet! i recommend my client to lower their calories by 500 to lose weight, u can lower it more but there is a point if u lower it 2 much u will put on fat cause your body will go into salvation mode. it's all about monitoring weekly and seeing how your body goes! make sure u eat real food like fruit, vegetables, lean meat, fish, wholemeal!

Go on your 1200 kcal with proteins. In a week you can loose up 10 pounds. But no carbohydrates at all.
