Question: How Do I Lose 30 Pounds?
Its february and I wanna lose 40 pounds by summer so I can look good in a bathing suit. I weigh 180 and I'm 5'6. Help

I would suggest the Fat X Program from the Fat X 101 site. The fat burning workout videos are free and the diet is pretty simple and easy to follow. It's been helping me lose fat, inches, and I can tell my body is more way more toned. Good luck.

Insanity is an extreme work out program here that can will help, if you can dedicate to it. When I say extreme, I mean it.
Step 1: Download Vuze

Step 2: After you have installed it, type in Beachbody Insanity, and click on the first link or so.
Step 3: After you have downloaded it, inside should contain 14 videos, 1 nutrition guide, and 2 calendars.

Beachbody Insanity is a work out program that has been researched and improvised for eyars by Shaun T. If you go online and look at the reviews, they are all great. One story is that a woman who just gave birth did this, and was able to become more fit than before she was pregnant.
This is a 2 months work out, but within days or weeks, you should see some results.

I can guarantee that this will definite will you lose weight. My siblings and 1, the four of us did and it showed remarkable results. My 23 years old sister is chubby, and she was able to slim down. Well, I am not too sure, since I only saw her during the first month when she did it. But what I saw was that she lost her belly fat. My 20 years old sister...Idk, she doesn't actually need any slimming. My brother gained abs, there a line down his stomach now, and he has abs. As for me, I only did it for 2 weeks, but my belly got harder than b4 (when I flex)..Of course, it's not just about abs, it's just so happens that the work out somehow involved a lot of abs work out. If your usual toilet routine is once a day, try going twice a day,if its once every two days go once a day.

Easiest way to lose weight.

Certain food stuffs will help in this technique such as fibre foods. Or if your lactose intolerant maybe a bit of milk every once in a while.



Lots of cardio - running, cycling, skipping and swimming.
