tan with out burning? well you will burn at first a bit, even if you have good pigment ..because the change in water to summer is huge, your skin isnt normally exposed to so much sun. be careful tanning though(: there no way to tan without burning, just deal with the redness for a bit, it will get brown!
good bathing suit? uhh i have an hour glass tooooo, and i dont get a specific one for my body shape, i just go to target, or abercrombie ya know ? :P
highlighting ? ummm lemon juice, then blow dry it(or go out in the sun)
or you can get this spray called 'Sun In' at walgreens or cvs and it makes ur hair lighter
