Questions about lifting weights, dieting, and exercising?!


Question: Questions about lifting weights, dieting, and exercising?
I'm 19, 5'8", roughly 165 pounds. I look pretty fit, but my belly looks fat. I have some fat over my abs, so I can't see them like i used too. My biceps and triceps are better defined than an average person bacause I used to lift weights regularly. Now I just got back into it because I met some people that have a gym in their house not too far from me. They told me to buy "Muscle Milk." I have no Idea what it does or when to take it but I just bought it. I have not taken it. Please don't tell me it is not good for you. I'm sure natural is better, but I bought it so I might as well use it.

Now, all that being said, here are some questions. What should I eat when taking this? How many times and when should I take this? What exactly does this product do?... Please feel free to add any information.

Also would like to inform that the flavor is cookies n' cream. And remember. I would like to gain muscle in my arms chest and back, but somehow lose my belly fat, to show my abs.
