Reduced Fat or Natural Peanut Butter?!


Question: Reduced Fat or Natural Peanut Butter?
Which is better, nutrition wise? Sometimes for a quick lunch or snack I like to have a banana with PB... is it better to get RF or natural?

Natural.
It should have more nutrition.
More nuts, and less fake ingredients.

& the reduced fat isn't going to reduce the calories/fat by much! its still peanut butter. haha.

Honestly go compare the ingredients and see what looks more appealing to you, i have no doubt that you'll choose the "right" one.
remember anything in moderation is fine so you can also just go off of your taste buds.

natural peanut butter. not the skippy brand though. go with smuckers natural peanut butter. the only ingredients that should be in it are peanuts and salt. if it says anything else, than put it back
