I need to loose weight?!


Question: I need to loose weight?
I am 15, 5'8" and 155 pounds.
I NEED to loose weight.
I walk my dog everyday two miles, and then I run three miles. I do this everyday.Except I run like 4 days a week.
It is not helping, my friend wants me to go on the lemonade Diet with her, I am will just about do it if I can't get this excess weight off.
I am overweight, I have fat all over my body, don't tell me I am fine because I need a way to loose this weight.
Do you have any suggestions?

i did it by just dancing 2 hours a day during the whole summer and drank lots of water too. i also limitted how much i ate.



You can lose weight if you tried correct way. I tried many way, but could not lose weight. I found the best way that works just amazing for anyone. I lost my weight fast using this weight loss way. I think your so passionate about how you look. But one way you can loose more weight is join a GYM! Or buy a drink called Naked it takes your hurger away it really works.
