How do I gain more muscle and weight with a high metabolism?!

Question: How do I gain more muscle and weight with a high metabolism?
I have a very high metabolism and I cannot gain weight. My energy level sometimes makes me feel worn out. Is there a way to gain weight/muscle that is healthy?

You need to get your self on a health high calorie diet. Find foods that are high in calories that are not loaded with fat. That should help you get started.

Easy, eat more calories but not junk food. Eat things high in protein buy some protein powder and have it after you work out. For breakfast have 3 or more eggs with a big glass of milk and a multi-vitamin. for lunch have a big sandwich loaded with lean meats and veggies. For dinner have 2 chicken breasts w/out the skin plus whatever veggie sides you want. When you want to snack through out the day eat a protein bar or have some cottage cheese.

I have a slower metabolism and I can gain muscle very easy..and also fat..It takes me longer to get ripped ..but during a bulk up faze I can add 10 lbs of quality weight a month...People are different..Just find out through trial how your body reacts.... A good bodybuilder or fitness model knows their own body...you must try things and then look for feedback and pay close attention...Most people would say you wanna gain allot of muscle eat allot of beef...well not for me..I have found my best bulking up food is just egg whites..when I eat them i get a huge pump and my muscles swell all day.

I have the same problem, you just need to eat that extra more to get them more calories than you need, or you can take weight gainers but they dont really taste very good unless you mix some fruits with them.

Try to eat more!
If you are unable to eat more, try to consume protein-powder supplements.
You can also eat some sugar (for example: chocolate) after weight training workouts.
