Easy and fast way to lose weight?!


Question: Easy and fast way to lose weight?
My friends and I are gonna go grad dress shopping in like a week or two and I'm the … chunkyest one in the group, and I don't wanna try on a dress that I'll end up looking fat in. So are there any good ways of loosing weight, and looking like you did too besides working out and eating less?

it's easier than you think it is.

1. eat a lot less.
2. at the same time, eat more often.
3. stay away from carbs & really lay into the protein and veg, fruit aswell but not as much
4. walk places.
5. no fast food.

& done :) make this a lifestyle change, not a 'diet'

based on my experience,i think you have to reduce your "fat" rate from your food.
you can change with consump vegetable juices;
and hats all can be perfect with jogging,and fitness everyday
