Question: How to lose belly fat?
Im 10 st.. not fat, heavy boned! But have got belly fat.. anyone now a quick easy way to get rid of it?

drink a lot of water. at least a gallon a day. it flushes the fat out faster than any other diet will. you cant lose fat in one specific area (no matter what online articles tell you) find out how many calories you take in daily (i know its boring) and subtract 500, and aim for this number. keep high protein and low carbohydrates.

Short of surgery there is nothing quick or easy about getting rid of unwanted fat no matter where it is on your body. The only way is to burn it off with exercise and a clean diet.

So many foods that you find in the grocery store these days contain these artificial ingredients that can actually target the waistline for fat deposit without you knowing which is why it's so important to stay away from fast foods and pre-packaged meals, etc.

Exercise is your only hope. Keep your workouts interesting by switching things up (try sports, classes, swimming, etc) and steer clear of excessive sugar. Be consistent and the fat will go away.

you can't get rid of fat in a place, you can only lose fat all over, but good news fat goes from your stomach first when you lose weight in most cases, so just eat a little more sensibly and do cardio and it should drop off
