Weight loss plan, sound good?!


Question: Weight loss plan, sound good?
So trying to lose weight and get toned. So does this sound good and how long till i see result??
Gym 5X a week.
30-45 minuts cardio. (what heart rate do you suggest for weight loss, does it matter?)
20 minutes Weights (Different muscle groups.)
20 Minutes stretching (10 before and after.)

Diet...
Low carb, whole wheat only no whites.
lots of water.
high protein
healthy fats(mono/poly)
1200 Calories a day.

How long till i lose 30 pounds?
I'm 5'8 150pounds, female.

thats alot of working out your doing, with the low amount of calories your gonna be intaking, you might not be able to keep up with that. you will loose weight but your going to be feeling VERY drained and tired, possibly leading to depression and wanting to give up. if that doesnt happen great, but if you get that make small changes like increase your energy(calorie) intake, or cut down to the gym 3x a week



If you can stick to that it sounds like a really good plan. You should instantly feel better about yourself, and I think you'd see results the first couple of weeks. I know everyone's weight loss is different. Even if you didn't see instant changes don't ever give up because you will get results.



Exercise everyday, no matter what!! Even if it means walking up and down stairs for 10 minutes or walk for half an hour. If you don't feel like exercising tell yourself, "I'll go to the gym and if after 5 minutes I still wish I'd stayed in bed, I can leave" I guarantee you will always finish your workout.

# EAT NUTRITIOUS WHOLE FOODS.

# INCREASE HIGH FIBER FOODS.

# CUT OUT BAD FATS, ADD GOOD ONES.

# ENJOY DOING IT YOUR WAY.

# HAVE A SIMPLE ORGANIZED PLAN.

# FORGIVE YOURSELF AND MOVE ON.

Jog in place and do jumping jacks.
Jump rope (start slowly as this is very high intensity).
If y-ou have stairs, run up and down or use only the bottom step to jump on and off, using both feet.



Understand how metabolism and calories work will help,
If you keep your calorie intake at around 2000 and exercise you'll lose weight very quickly.
