Question: 15 years old, read description. I'm tired of being fat, help me lose weight? ?
I'm going to be fifteen in April. I'm a girl who is 5'6" and 131 lbs.
I want to lose weight and tone up very, very quickly. I will pack a lunch so if you give me ideas for lunch and breakfast. :)
Exercise: I will be doing track pre-conditioning Monday, Wednesday and Friday until track starts. What else should I do along with that?

I'm just tired of being fat and want to lose weight very quickly. Plus, I have to be in a bathing suit in one month :(.

Answers:

131 pounds isn't fat! But anyways,
make a note book up with each day in it to mark down stuff in. Make sure you eat atleast 4 fruits or veggies. Make a maximum on 200 calorie or whatever your comfortable with on snacks and drinks per day. For lunch go with whole wheat and low cal fillings for wraps, samdwiches etc.. For breakfast have smoothies with your fav fruit yogurt and milk and many ice. I find that colder smoothies fill me up better. Do cardio before bed and when you wake up. Add fiber to your day because it cleanses the body. This may sound hectic but just make up the schedule one day and look online for some good tips. Since ur a teen, go to seventeen.com cus they have excersizes made for people aged 12-18 and on.. Remember don't go crazy to loose weight cus it's faster to gain then loose it! Best of luck! xx

Believe me, you are NOT fat...I'm 14 and I weigh 166 lbs. >.>

For exercise, don't exercise any more than you do now...you don't want to tire yourself out. Just try to exercise hard and well doing pre-conditioning.

For breakfast, try healthy whole grain cereals, like Special K Protein Plus or Honey Bunches of Oats (HBoO is delicious AND healthy :]). For lunch, pack a sandwich with meat, lettuce, and cheese..pile on more veggies to your liking. Also pack a water bottle and a little snack bar (I suggest Special K Blueberry Crisps, which taste like Poptarts but are only 50 calories per bar). Good luck :)



For your height and age you're not that fat.

If you want to change fat into muscle, try weight lifting or the shake weight (even though it's embarrassing to use lol) Do sit ups too. It really depends on where you feel fat, google exercises for stomach or theighs and see what it comes up with

If you eat chips, stop. If you drink soda, stop. No fast food. Pretty much the secret I can't break at the moment :P

You are really not fat,
but just a lot of cardio really, mix it in with some light weightlifting and you'll get there.

You are growing...you need food so dont restrict your diet



Losing that 11 lbs in 2 months would be more reasonable (and still get you ready for summer). If you don't have any severe handicaps or chronic pains, start weightlifting and dieting (not crash dieting!)

Go to bodybuilding.com and chEck out the womans section for all the info you need. If you have an iPhone, get the "my fitness pal" app and use it to count your fats, proteins, carbs and calories. You'll hav to bump up lean protein intake.

If you eat sugary and processed foods you will have to give those up (but you can have 1 cheat meal a week). A good quick start cardio program would be to do light jogging at least every other day for 15 min for a 2 weeks and then look into "high intensity interval training" to really shred up.

But remember you absolutely MUST stick to your healthy diet! Otherwise it's a waste of time!

Well if your only 131 and want to be 120 and exercise 3 times a week such as:zumba its fun,just going on a walk,or running. When i watch what i eat its usually:tuna,steak,some type of meat at least 3 times a week,then vegies,not many fruits,but instead of a sweet tea get a water,i know its hard,if you go to mcdonlads get a salad or a chicken wrap. I rode my bike every day for a week i lost 10 lbs fast if you watch what you eat and exercise you can DO IT! in one month if not close to 120 it will be almost i bet!
