Question: How can I grow taller?
Hi I'm 11 and I am 4'6" and I was wondering how I can get taller? I haven't been growing since the beginning of last year. Ideas? Thanks. And btw I'm a girl

You grow mainly in your sleep. Sleep longer at night, sleep without waking up as much.
You can drink milk or eat turkey before you go to bed, both milk and turkey contain the same thing that makes your body more tired so you sleep easier.
when i was 11 i was about 5 foot 2...im now 29 and im five nine...so youll prolly become about 5 4 by the time your my age.
You're eleven. Wait for a year or two. It will come.
