What is a healthy way for a 15 teen year old girl to get lean and fit?!


Question: What is a healthy way for a 15 teen year old girl to get lean and fit?
Im short for my age, and am beginning to develop a little belly. Now im not saying im obese or anything, but i want a FLAT stomach and a slim middle. I need a healthy REASONABLE way to exercise and eat to achieve this goal, please help!

Like the others said, make sure you're eating healthy.

The only other thing I would say is to make exercise part of your day, like using the stairs or walking rather than using the lift or a car... then exercise doesn't become a job that you have to fit in your schedule. It can't hurt to do exercise too though as long as you keep motivated an enjoy it.

One more pointer... it took me a long time to realise people's stomaches aren't that flat in general- get a mate who you think is thin to show you their stomach if you don't believe me, and you'll see it still pokes out.

The main thing is to be fit and healthy- if you already are then don't worry. Good luck :)



Exercise, run, or eat healthy... the best way to go for a while doing tha is get a friend that will do it with you and motivate them. Get a picture of yoursef thaqt makes you look fat and put it on ur fridge, then everytime u open it you will see it and think how you eed to eat healthy...



Just eat the food thats in the 4 food groups. And walk daily, and drink lots of water.
