That depends on what you are eating. If you are eating junk food every time then yes the pounds will add up. If you are eating a salad or fruit then you should be ok. However remember that just because you are eating something healthy it does not mean you can go overboard and eat too much. If you feel hungry all the time try to eat more protein such as fish or beans. More protein will help you feel fuller for longer.



Same as first answer, you may get food signal in brain confused with water signal. The brain can not distinguish between a thirst signal or food signal FACT. same if you became a smoker (which i DO NOT endorse) the brain gets that same signal and can not distinguish.
You may have high metabolism or something else, keep a diary of what you eat and weight for a few months and if ever worried go to your doctor and take the diary with you, keep eye on your bowel movements as these should be soft and easy to pass, never push. If you push you are not eating right FACT.
Water is the key to everything, never forget that, and not that flavored rubbish either

depends how much. if you just snack everyonce and awhile having like veggies here and granola bar there u may actually consume less calories so no- but if you go 30 miunutes have something 100-200 cals then the next the same amount all day yes. all that matters really is fat content and calories. (16 depending on how tall you are should get between 1200-2000 cals. im 5ft 2 so i get like 1300-1400



If you do it into your 30s then yes, you will probably gain weight. At your age you are probably way to active to cause muscle loss. Muscle loss leads to weight gain more than any other reason with the possible exception of a sedentary life style.

But anyways, every hour and a half is too often, you should it at least every three hours

Breakfast - Snack - Lunch - Snack - Dinner - Snack
