I dont understand why I'm not losing weight?!


Question: I dont understand why I'm not losing weight?
I've been on a diet for the past month and been exercising a lot, and I've gained weight. I feel like i've gained more muscle but feel like I've lost no body fat. I eat 6 small meals a day that is mostly vegetables, fruits and lean protein. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong and it's driving me crazy. Any suggestions?

I'm 5'2 and 122 pounds. I used to be 112, and I'm only 20 so It shouldnt be this hard for me to see changes

Exactly , you gained muscle as you are exercising more. It's perfectly normal. You're healthier. This will eventually expand to where you actually drop lbs. It's the process. Don't worry. Keep the balance. Sudden weight loss is not healthy and research shows, people pile back on the weight after losing it quickly compared to people who lost it gradually. You will lose weight .....



All people are made different sizes but if your really looking to lose weight try going to the doctor for diet pills..



Only eat if you are starving! Six meals a day is too much!



well i think the 6 meals a day part could have something to do with it
